DIRECT MARKETING COORDINATOR -  advertised 25 March 2014

Due to growth and expansion, DVA Navion has created a new role.

You will be responsible for working alongside and supporting the Direct Marketing Manager. This newly created role is responsible for supporting the delivery of timely and effective client fundraising communications. This role has a strong focus on execution of campaign management. You will be expected to deliver on operational communications requirements to maximize revenue and the customer experience. This role will require you to manage external agencies such as, printers, list brokers, mail house as well as being in regular contact with the clients at certain touch points.

As the successful candidate you will have a strong production background and a strong understanding of direct mail and marketing functions across multiple channels. Mail house management experience is highly desirable. A strong understanding of communications, strategy and development, campaign management and production process.

On a personal level you will be fun and intelligent candidate who can interact with many stakeholders. Patient and hardworking you will be highly organised and able to manage a number of projects at a time. You must be able to work autonomously and be a team player with a commitment to service quality and the ability to improve the customer experience.

part-time and contract consulting opportunities are available in Melbourne, Sydney
and Auckland.

Successful applicants will have exceptional communication, written and verbal skills. The confidence and maturity to work closely with community, government and corporate leaders
is important. The ability to direct and manage high-level fundraising and development programmes and work on multiple assignments at the same time is essential. Project management
skills are vital.

Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or considerable experience in the not-for-profit sector at
a senior level is desirable. Remuneration packages are negotiated based on the relative experience
of the applicant.
